Tour of Albania and Kosovo from North to South

Day 1 - Airport / Tirana

Meet and Greet at the Airport and transfer to Hotel (Overnight in Tirana) (Dinner Included)

Day 2 - Tirana / Shkoder / Kruje

After breakfast continue our journey to Shkoder City. Visit main square and Marubi photography museum. Enjoy the new street known for its authentic Albanian ambiance. Visit Rozafa Castle, raised imposingly on a rocky hill, 130 metres (430 ft) above sea level, surrounded by Buna and Drin rivers. Lunch in Shkoder city.
After lunch head to Kruja City, the city of our hero, Skanderberg, where we will visit Skanderbeg museum and the Old Bazaar. (Overnight in Kruja) (Lunch and dinner included)

Day 3 - Shkoder / Koman / Valbone

We continue our journey to Valbona valley through Komani Lake, sailing for 2 hours through the panoramic scenery of the mountains. After sailing we drive to the valley and make check in to the hotel. Lets enjoy walking in the virgin beauty of this breathtaking valley. (Overnight in Valbone) (Lunch and Dinner included + Boat  ticket in Komani Lake)

Day 4 - Valbone / Peja / Prizren

From Valbona we continue to Kosovo where we will visit  Peja nestled at the foot of the stunning Rugova Mountains and part of the Bjeshkët e Nemuna (Accursed Mountains). It’s a city rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. Lunch in Peja and then continue to Prizren. Prizren is a picturesque city in southern Kosovo, known for its rich history, multicultural heritage, and stunning architecture. It is often referred to as the cultural capital of Kosovo. (Overnight in Prizren) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 5 - Prizren / Kukes / Kruje / Durres

From Prizren we depart to Kruje, famous for its rich history, stunning mountain views, and connection to Albania's national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg. It is often referred to as the "City of Skanderbeg." Lunch at Panorama traditional restaurant and then head to Durres, one of the oldest cities in Albania, is a vibrant coastal destination known for its historical landmarks, beautiful beaches, and lively atmosphere. Located on the Adriatic Sea, it serves as a major port and a cultural hub. (Overnight in Durres) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 6 - Durres / Berat

After breakfast visit the main attractions of the city of Durres: Durrës Amphitheater, Archaeological Museum, Venetian Tower. After the visit having lunch and the head to city of often called the "City of a Thousand Windows," is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Albania’s most picturesque and culturally rich cities. Located in central Albania, it is renowned for its well-preserved Ottoman architecture, historic neighborhoods, and stunning natural setting along the Osum River. (Overnight in Berat) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 7 - Berat / Ardenice / Apolloni / Gjirokaster

Departing from Berat to Gjirokaster. On our way we will visit the Monastery of Ardenica, a historical and spiritual landmark in Albania, located on a hill near the village of Ardenicë in the Fier District, central Albania. It is an important cultural and religious site known for its historical significance, beautiful frescoes, and serene surroundings. Having lunch in a local restaurant and head to Apollonia, an ancient city located near Fier, Albania, known as one of the most significant archaeological sites in the country. Founded by Greek colonists in the 6th century BC. After that heading to Gjirokaster. (Overnight in Gjirokaster ) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 8 - Gjirokaster / Syri Kalter / Sarande

After breakfast visit the city of Gjirokaster (the stone city). Main visits:  the Castle, Enver Hoxha museum, Skenduli house and emerge ourselves in the traditional old bazaar.Lunch in Gjirokaster and head to Blue Eye Spring, a stunning natural phenomenon in southern Albania, renowned for its crystal-clear blue waters, lush surroundings, and mysterious depth. It is one of Albania's most beautiful and popular attractions, drawing nature lovers and adventurers alike. Late afternoon we settle in Saranda.  (Overnight in Saranda ) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 9 - Saranda / Butrint / Porto Palermo / Vlore

In the morning we visit Butrint, one of Albania's most significant archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in southern Albania, near the Greek border, it is an ancient city with a history spanning thousands of years. Lunch in Saranda and head to Porto Palermo. We will visit Ali Pashe Tepelena Castle in Porto Palermo. Built in the early 19th century by Ali Pasha of Tepelena. In 1921 the castle was called Venetian. After that we continue to Vlore.  (Overnight in Vlora ) (Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 10 - Vlore / Tirane

In the morning we visit the city of Vlore a vibrant coastal city in southern Albania, situated along the Ionian Sea. Known for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and its role as a cultural and economic hub, Vlorë is a popular destination for both history enthusiasts and beach lovers. It is one of the oldest and most historically significant cities in Albania.Head to Tirana and visit Bunk’art 2, a museum focused on Albania's political prisoners, persecution under the communist regime, and the role of surveillance. According to your flight transfer to Rinas airport (Lunch Included)
